These five little baby penguins were painted on Arches cold press watercolor paper using Davy’s gray, a touch of yellow ochre and a bit of Paynes gray.
I painted this sweet little family of three elephants on Arches hot press watercolor paper. I used a combination on Payne’s gray, alizarin crimson, yellow ochre and ultramarine blue to achieve the varying shades of warm and cool gray tones. This print will be available in January in my Etsy shop.

I painted these adorable penguin chicks using Holbein watercolor paint and Arches paper. I used Payne’s Gray, Sepia, davy’s Gray and hints of Yellow Ochre. Prints will be available in my Etsy shop. More ocean themed watercolor animals will be added to this collection soon.
I am adding more watercolor paintings to my series of Ocean Animals and Nautical collections. This polar bear watercolor was painted in blues, greens and shades of cream. The background sky reflects the colors of the Arctic Sea.
This print of my original watercolor painting will be available in my Etsy shop among my many other watercolor animals.
A few summers ago, my family and I went on a road trip through South Dakota. We stopped in Custer State Park and came across these sweet little burros. I took some photos and now I’m doing a series of paintings from them. Aren’t they cute?
I’m excited to introduce my latest collection of nursery prints! This set of fine art prints includes a baby hippo, elephant and giraffe. Each little animal was hand painted using Holbein Watercolors (my favorite paint!). Prints of this collection are available in my etsy shop. The aqua color can be customized to coordinate with your decor.
